Any delays caused by the client in providing necessary information may impact project timelines.
Clients must comply with ethical marketing guidelines and avoid requesting unlawful or misleading content.
5. Service Delivery & Timelines
Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the project.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the client.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, and materials developed by MYTECH remain the intellectual property of MYTECH until full payment is received.
Once full payment is made, the client receives the right to use the delivered work for their business.
MYTECH retains the right to use generic strategies, templates, or content structures for future projects.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
MYTECH will not disclose client details or project specifics without prior consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
MYTECH will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or ROI as digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice.
In case of termination, any outstanding payments must be cleared, and no refunds will be issued for completed work.
10. Amendments
MYTECH reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
